Which bikes are accepted?
Basically, any bike is welcome here, including cargo bikes and special bikes. Important: It must not be wider than 83 cm, otherwise it will not fit through the door.
Unfortunately, e-scooters cannot be accepted.
How can I get an appointment?
if possible it`s best you and your bike come to the workshop during the opening hours. We look at the bike together and discuss what should be done and set a date for the appointment. You should receive an assessment that is as transparent and fair as possible. A rough budget can also be set. Therefor please allow around 15 minutes for the process. Sometimes we have many customers and additional time for waiting is required.

What happens at the appointment?
bike drop-off is in the morning of the date of appointment or the day before. In case we had a look on your bike before already you can pick it up in the afternoon. You will also receive a notification via email or SMS when your bike is ready to be picked up.
If you have keys for your bike, please bring them with you (e.g. for batteries or anti-theft devices).
Bags, locks or similar on the bike?
Such attachments must be (dis)assembled for many orders. This can be done in the workshop, but is then calculated as time spent. If you want to save money, have time and the opportunity to do so, feel free to do it yourself in advance.
Payment
When you pick up your bike, you pay by card or cash. Payment on account is unfortunately not possible.
Own spare parts?
By default, no components are installed that were not purchased from Runde Sache. If necessary, an exception can be made after consultation.
